Terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026.

These terms apply to your use of christmasstocking.co.uk, which is run by [OWNER NAMES] in the United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

The site offers gift ideas and guides for general information. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, scraping it in bulk or sending us spam through the contact form.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown as approximate ("around £X") with the date we last checked them. Retailers change prices, stock and delivery times without notice, so the price and availability on the retailer's website at the time you buy are the ones that apply.

Affiliate links

Many links on the site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

Third-party retailers

We do not sell anything ourselves. When you buy, your contract is with the retailer, and their terms, returns policy and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for retailers' products, delivery, customer service or websites, and we are not liable for any loss arising from a purchase you make from them.

Our liability

We take care to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as is and we cannot promise it will always be complete, current or available. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Intellectual property

The text, guides, design and logo on the site belong to us. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy our content in bulk without permission. Product names, images and trade marks belong to their owners.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
